Terms and Conditions for Web Design and Development Services
1. We Deliver Original Work Only
We are committed to delivering original and custom-developed websites and content. To ensure the authenticity of textual content, we provide a Copyscape report for every project. Please note that non-text elements such as images, videos, or embedded media that search engines cannot read are excluded from Copyscape checks.
If you require deeper plagiarism checks using premium tools, you may conduct those independently, as our standard pricing does not include third-party premium plagiarism tools.
2. You Receive Full Ownership
Once your payment is completed and the final deliverables are submitted, all rights and ownership of the website, source code, and content transfer to you.
You are not required to credit our agency unless you wish to. You have the complete freedom to publish, modify, or use the content under your brand or name as you see fit.
3. Use of Images and Media
We do not use copyrighted images without proper licensing. All visuals used in our designs are:
Either provided by the client,
From royalty-free sources, or
Recommended via links (which you may download or purchase based on your discretion).
Should you require premium licensed imagery, the cost of licensing will be borne by you, the client.
4. Limitation of Liability
By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that Web Design Circle is not liable for:
Any direct or indirect damages from the use of our website or services.
Any losses due to malware or viruses allegedly transmitted through our site.
Downtime, security breaches, or lost data due to third-party platforms or hosting services. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your inability to use our website or services.
5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update these terms and policies at any time. You are encouraged to periodically review this page. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting without prior notice.
6. Refund Policy
Please read our refund policy carefully. If unclear, consult with our support team for clarification.
Refunds are NOT applicable in the following cases:
If the client changes their mind after project initiation.
If the client provides inaccurate or incomplete project details.
If the client refuses to provide necessary inputs, feedback, or materials.
If the client’s expectations or final requests violate web best practices or legal standards.
If third-party services (e.g., hosting, plugins, CMS updates) cause issues post-handover.
If the site goes down or breaks after 14 days of project delivery due to client-side changes.
7. Full Refund
A full refund may be processed before significant development work has started. If a project is cancelled midway, your refund eligibility will depend on the current progress and costs incurred.
8. Free Revisions
We offer up to three free revisions within 14 days of project delivery. Revisions must align with the original scope of work.
Once the final product is delivered, you are no longer eligible for a full refund.
9. Partial Refund (50%)
If you’re unsatisfied after three revisions, you may request a 50% refund based on a valid quality concern. The claim will be reviewed and verified by our quality assurance team.
10. Escalated Complaints and Full Refund
If you’re still dissatisfied, your case may be escalated to our Evaluation Committee. They will:
Assess the final product against the agreed scope.
Consider your feedback and evidence.
If the project fails to meet the contractual agreement, a 100% refund will be issued.
Refunds are not available for a change of mind once the project has started.
